Biography

Adjournment Policy
All adjournments must comply at a minimum with The 14A Caseflow Management Plan Unless otherwise noted and must be filed with the court at least 48 hours prior to hearing. View the complete 14A Caseflow Plan (PDF).
In civil matters one request for a three week adjournment can be made by stipulation and order for adjournment. Second or subsequent adjournment of any proceeding are at the sole discretion of the Judge. Requests should be faxed to the 14A-1 Clerk’s office at 734-973-4693.
