The Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC) Probation Department serving the Trial Court is located in the lower level of the downtown courthouse building, room B-25.
Fees
Individuals placed on probation may be ordered to pay supervision fees in addition to other fines and costs.
Supervision fees are paid by money order and may be dropped off in person in the Probation Office or may be mailed to:
The money order must include the following information:
The MDOC number
Complete name (last name, first name)
The Washtenaw County Probation Agent's caseload number
Other fees including fines, costs, attorney fees, restitution, lab fees, and Crime Victims' Rights Fee may be paid in person at the Clerk of the Court-Court Services office, by mail or online and require the following:
Case number
Complete name and address
Payments
Payment may be made in person by cash, credit card, money order, or cashier check (no personal checks accepted)
