Due to the ongoing State of Emergency and COVID-19 virus, the Washtenaw County Prosecuting Attorney’s office will be operating with limited staff in an effort to keep the public and our staff safe and healthy. Effective June 15th,  the 200 N . Main building will be open to the public by appointment only. Civil Division

The Prosecuting Attorney's Civil Division establishes paternity and child support obligations.

Special Unit

A special unit is devoted to the prosecution of Domestic Violence and Criminal Sexual Conduct.
