Eligibility
You may not apply to set aside if you have a conviction for any of the following:
- Felony or Attempted felony that is punishable by Life imprisonment
- Felony or Attempted felony for Criminal Sexual Conduct
- Traffic Offense
- More than ONE conviction
You are eligible to apply if the following time guidelines have been met:
- Imprisoned - Five years from the date of release from prison
- Not imprisoned - Five years from the date of conviction
