Equity in Washtenaw

One Community Overview:  Washtenaw County is one of the wealthiest counties in Michigan, with high incomes and high rankings as one of the most economically vibrant, educated, healthy, and best places to live in the state.  However, this is not true for all as this has led to high inequity within the County.  Washtenaw County is committed to improving the quality of life for residents of color given historical and current circumstances, thus bettering Washtenaw County for all.
