Join us for a monthly hike to increase calm, presence and learn simple exercises that can be done at any time to bring about expanded awareness and connection to the peace of the present moment. Hikes vary in duration and ease to accommodate many levels of ability.

Evening Mindfulness Hike

Join us for an evening of serene immersion in nature. We will enjoy a guided meditation, followed by a silent sensory hike along lush paths and tunnels of trees. Discover the soothing power of community communion in the natural world. Space available for 15 hikers. Led by naturalist Elle Bogle and mindfulness instructor Julie Woodward.
