CoC Structure & Governance
The Washtenaw County CoC is governed by a Board, the decision-making body of the CoC. The Board provides the CoC with the guidance and influence needed to effectively implement policies, strategies, and activities toward ending homelessness. The board includes a wide array representing a wide array of systems of care, including formerly homeless individuals, organizations that address homelessness, local businesses, government, hospitals, law enforcement, and public housing agencies. The Board additionally oversees the work of several standing committees related to the work of the CoC.
