Due to COVID-19, please note the following requirements for entry into the Washtenaw County Trial Court and during the course of your jury service:
DO NOT report if you are feeling ill. Please contact the Jury Clerk at 734-222-3354 for further instructions.
You will be required to answer health screening questions and have your temperature taken with a contactless thermometer. Click here for the health screening questions.
Masks must be worn at all times. If you are medically unable to wear a face covering, please contact the jury office ahead of your arrival. If you do not have a mask, a disposable mask will be provided.
Adhere to social distancing requirements.
The Washtenaw County Trial Court has enacted the following safety measures to promote a safe environment for your service:
Reducing the number of jurors summoned to report
Screening for COVID-19 symptoms including daily temperature checks
Requiring masks while in the courthouse
Rearranging furniture to support social distancing (see picture of Jury Assembly Room below)
Making hand sanitizer available throughout the courthouse
Cleaning and sanitizing common areas thoroughly and frequently
