WASHTENAW COUNTY FREE MASK PROGRAM

UPDATE: THANKS TO ALL OF YOU, WE HAVE PUSHED OVER 1.4 MILLION MASKS TO COMMUNITY DURING THE PANDEMIC!  

THE MASK REQUEST SURVEY IS TEMPORARILY DISABLED WHILE WE ASSESS AND PROCESS THE MOST RECENT REQUESTS.

We know that K95 masks offer increased protection against the spread of Covid-19 and its variants. Our overall goal is to increase access and make sure every person living in Washtenaw County can receive a free mask.. 

- Each person/ household/ and/or organization may receive ONE(1) box of 1000 masks. 
- Masks are available while supplies last. 
- Masks are available at no cost and must NOT be resold or used as promotions tied to purchases. 
- We are unable to break up the boxes to accommodate smaller requests. 
- Masks are adult sized. Unfortunately, we do not have child sized masks at this time. 
- Masks are available to anyone living or working in Washtenaw County. 
- Organizations/Groups serving young children and homebound seniors will be prioritized. 
- Please select ONE (1) pick-up day. 
- Masks are available for pick up on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am- 3pm.
- Please allow 24 hours for request processing  and then pick up your allocation on your selected day.   
- The updated pick up location is the Washtenaw County Learning Resource Center (4135 Washtenaw  Ave.,  Ann Arbor, MI 48108). 
- When the supply of masks has been exhausted, this form will no longer be available.
