Congress gave organizations like OCED money to assist individuals and families who are homeless, at risk for homelessness, or in other vulnerable populations. We are looking for community feedback on how best to spend this money and want you to help. This money is being administered by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) under a program called HOME-American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP).
The current draft of the funding plan can be found at the bottom of this page.
