Transfers and Renewals

Permit Transfers

Permit Transfer shall occur when ownership of a property has been changed. This frequently occurs after the sale of a property.

All permit fees must be paid by the existing permit holder before a transfer will occur.

A transfer inspection will occur before a transfer can be completed. All SESC control measures indicated on the site plan must be in place and the site must be in good condition before a transfer will be granted.

If the property is subject to a permit transfer, the original permit holder and the new permit holder must submit a completed Transfer Form Application
