Thursday, July 6: Renewal submission form and training materials made available. Agency training sessions offered.
Monday, July 10 & Wednesday, July 19: Drop-in Office Hours to answer questions about the Renewal Project Process. Office Hours are also available by appointment.
Friday, July 14: OCED provides CY 2022 APR Reports for agency review. OCED notifies agencies of project threshold status.
Friday, July 21: Renewal Project Submission Deadline at 5pm. Deadline for reporting issues with the APR Reports to OCED staff
Friday, July 28: Grantees receive completed packets, including any follow-up due to OCED staff
Friday, August 4: Grantees submit any rubric questions, concerns, or required follow up to OCED staff
August-September 2021: FRT meets to review renewal projects and make funding recommendations to the CoC Board.
