Must be between the ages of 12-25 at the time of program entry.
Must be a Caregiver. For purposes of this program, “Caregiver” is defined as someone with responsibilities for an individual whose absence would disrupt the life of the individual they care for, including a parent with physical custody of a minor child; an expectant or pregnant parent; a legal guardian of a minor child; a biological parent, adoptive parent, custodian, or stepparent with an established and substantial relationship with a minor child; a person who serves as a caregiver for a relative who is ill, disabled, or elderly; or a person with caregiving responsibilities for siblings.
Must not be charged with offenses that indicate a serious risk to public safety or family safety, including but not limited to homicide, criminal sexual conduct, armed robbery, kidnapping, stalking, domestic violence, and child abuse.
Prior criminal history will not automatically disqualify an individual from participation.
