Some of the coolest lands in Washtenaw County resulted from partners pooling resources to purchase incredible spaces.

• Harwood Heritage Preserve
  Access via Pittsfield Township's Pittsfield Preserve.
• Kosch Headwaters Preserve
  Purchased in partnership with Southeast Michigan Land Conservancy
• Meyer Preserve
  Part of the Superior Greenway, a large contiguous series of nature areas purchased with partners
• Shatter Preserve
  Owned by Legacy Land Conservancy, Washtenaw County Parks contributed towards the purchase
• Watkins Lake County Park
  Owned in partnership with the Michigan DNR, one of the only examples of a preserve jointly owned between a county and the state.
