Fitness Classes - Outdoor, Virtual, In Person and Hybrid classes will be offered for the Fall II Session!
Registration will open on Monday, October 17 at 6am for all Fitness and Aquatics classes for the Fall II session. The Fall II session will begin on Sunday, November 6 and run through Saturday, December 23.
Classes are non-transferrable. Make up classes will be offered if possible, during our free class weeks, or a credit will be applied to your account if we have to cancel a class.
Drop in Fitness classes are available for a small fee: $6 ($5 for Seniors) Drop ins are not available for Water Aerobics or any class that is full.
Classes and instructors may change without notice.
All program participants for in-person classes must check in for at the front desk
Minimum age to participate in any fitness class is 13 years old.
Class participants are reminded that if they come early or stay after class, they are not entitled to use the track or other facilities unless a daily all-facility pass fee has been paid or they possess an all-facility user pass. Classes are not exchangeable for facility passes.
Instructional Swim classes are available for children 6 months through 12 years of age, and also for adults and teens ages 13 and older. Instructional Swim classes meet once per week and are generally in either 5 or 8 weeks sessions (depending on the season).
