New Member Information

Becoming a Barrier Busters Network Member can include access to the Barrier Busters Network Emergency Unmet Needs Fund (BBEUNF) and the Barrier Busters Listserv. The listserv consists of more than 400 front-line staff and managers and is a powerful tool for asking for information on resources to serve clients better. We also provide optional training on DTE Online Resources for Agencies, a tool that can be used to check DTE account information and place utility shut-off holds. 

Barrier Buster New Member Orientations are scheduled for the fourth Wednesday of every month from 11am-Noon except for November and December. This orientation is moved to the third Wednesday of the week to allow for the holiday season.  These meetings take place virtually over Microsoft Teams.
