Rolling Hills Summer Day Camp
General Camp Information
Our summer day camp operates for 11 weeks and is stationed at the The Lodge. The park is our playground throughout each week of Camp and our Campers will participate in a variety of outdoor experiences.
Open House
Registered campers can join us for our Camp Open House on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Meet the staff, and ask questions. We are excited to see you all!
Ages
Available for children who have completed Kindergarten through 11 years of age.
Fee
$250 ($10 discount for added sibling/s)

How to Register
Registration will begin online at Noon on March 13. Space is limited and fills up fast!
Register Online - Select "Day Camp" and then "Rolling Hills" to choose which weeks to register for
Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Camp Director. Cancellations submitted by the deadline will be refunded according to the table below. No refunds will be issued the week of camp without a physician’s note for illness or injury.
30 days or more prior to start of camp = 75% Refund |
7-29 days prior to the start of camp = 25% Refund |
1-6 days prior to the start of camp = No Refund |
Zero Tolerance
WCPARC Camps have a zero tolerance policy towards physical violence of any nature. Incidents involving any type of violent act will result in a meeting with camp administration, and disciplinary suspension, possibly including an expulsion from camp. I understand that my child will be expected to comply with the established guidelines for camp, which require children to refrain from using any foul language, hitting, biting, and or using threats, etc.
