This program offers a grant to repair manufactured homes owned and occupied by low-income households located within a manufactured home park, and within Urban County jurisdictions. These one-time grants may be used for roof repairs, emergency repairs to heating systems or water heaters. Eligibility for other needed renovations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
