Naturalist Rates
Interpretive Programs
- General public interpretive programs done within the Washtenaw County Parks system are free programs.
- Associated costs might include vehicle admission fees for programs held at either Independence Lake County Park or Rolling Hills County Park
School Field Trips
- For schools within Washtenaw County, donations are requested but not required. Our general guideline is $1 per student
- Programs for out of county schools can be arranged and there is a fee of $45 per hour
- Associated costs might include vehicle admission fees for programs held at either Independence Lake County Park or Rolling Hills County Park
Home School Groups
- For home schools within Washtenaw County, donations are requested but not required. Our general guideline is $1 per student
- Programs for out of county schools can be arranged and there is a fee of $45 per hour
- Associated costs might include vehicle admission fees for programs held at either Independence Lake County Park or Rolling Hills County Park
Scout Groups
- For Scout groups within Washtenaw County, cost is $5 per scout (no cost for adults). Programs are limited to 20 people total (including adults).
- Associated costs might include vehicle admission fees for programs held at either Independence Lake County Park or Rolling Hills County Park
Private Group Programs
- Group programs may be arranged by contacting our Naturalists
