A resolution to set two public hearings to receive comment on whether the County Board of Commissioners should transfer the powers, duties, and functions of the Washtenaw County Road Commission to the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners, the first for Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 6:45 in the Board Room of the County Administration Building, and the second for Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at 6:45 in the Board Room of the County Administration Building, and directing the County Clerk/ Register to cause to be published  notices of said meetings

2. A public hearing to receive comment on the Byrne Justice Assistance Grant
