Enjoy a night under the summer stars! Bring your blankets. We will gaze upon constellations and possibly see “shooting stars” from the Perseid Meteor Shower. Park Naturalist, Kelsey Dehring, will be walking around during the evening to point out various night sky objects. Plans are in place for a small fire and s’mores. If it ends up being a cloudy night, then we will go on a creatures of the night hike. Program fee is $5 per family/household, up to 4 members. Only one person is needed to register per family, as fee is per family. 50 slots available. Pre-registration is required online at parksonline.ewashtenaw.org. Registration # IL461100.
