For Washtenaw County Parks’ 50th anniversary, the annual Preserve Challenge runs for 50 days from September 11th through October 31st with over 50 parks and preserves for your to explore. Visit nature preserves, share photos on social media (#ExploreWashtenaw), and win prizes!

Find a new favorite preserve! Explore by preserve categories: hidden gems, boardwalk destinations, big trees, kid-friendly, fall splendor, birding hotspots, and partnership power! Visit on your own or via scheduled nature programs and volunteer activities.
