The main Washtenaw County Health Department phone number (734-544-6700) has been falsified in a scam to contact random people for sensitive health insurance information or medication information. The Washtenaw County Health Department will never randomly call you asking for your health insurance information. If you get such a call, hang up and do not give out your personal information. If we’re calling you for other reasons, including COVID-19 contact tracing, we’ll leave a message. We never ask for your sensitive insurance, bank account, or credit card information.
