WASHTENAW COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING ON THE ADOPTION OF A SCHEDULE OF PUBLIC HEALTH CIVIL MONETARY PENALTIES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed adoption of a schedule of civil monetary penalties of up to $1,000 per violation of Washtenaw County Public Health Orders issued under MCL 333.2451, 333.2451 or 333.2455 to take effect on October 8, 2020 at 12:00 PM as permitted under MCL 333.2461, 333.2441 and 333.2442.
The Hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 6:45 PM via Zoom. All citizens of Washtenaw County shall have an opportunity to provide written and oral comments and to ask questions concerning the creation of the Public Health Civil Monetary Penalty Schedule.
