As part of the 2021 Continuum of Care (CoC) Funding Competition, The Washtenaw County CoC will accept applications for one or more bonus or expansion projects totaling:

  • $321,249 for New or Expansion CoC Bonus Projects -and-

The 2021 CoC Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) has been released. Applicants should understand the 2021 NOFO before applying.

The Washtenaw County CoC will require applicants to participate in a two-part application process:

  1. Interested parties are first asked to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) and attend a mandatory meeting to be considered as an applicant;
  2. Applicants still interested in submitting projects after the mandatory meeting will be required to submit a full application to be reviewed and scored by the Funding Review Team, a committee of the Washtenaw County CoC Board

LOIs are due by Friday, September 24, 2021 at 12:00pm and applicants are required to attend a mandatory meeting on Zoom held Monday, September 27, 2021 from 1:00pm-2:30pm (link will be sent upon receipt of LOI). The meeting will bring applicants together with CoC staff to clarify questions and discuss possible partnerships for bonus applications.

Please see the 2021 CoC Bonus and DV Bonus website for the LOI template and more application information. Questions may be sent to Andrew Kraemer at [email protected].
