Washtenaw County is currently considered at a "medium" COVID-19 community level. At this level, masking in indoor public locations is no longer broadly recommended according the CDC1, but is still recommended when individuals are not yet eligible for vaccination, still vulnerable to severe illness, or around vulnerable individuals. At all levels, people can wear a mask based on preference or risk. People with symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should wear a mask.
