PUBLIC NOTICE: February 3rd, 2022. Washtenaw County Voluntary Employees’ Beneficiary Association (VEBA) Meeting Cancelled
The Washtenaw County Voluntary Employees’ Beneficiary Association (VEBA) has cancelled the upcoming February 3rd, 2022. meeting due to high levels of COVID-19 transmission and exposures in Washtenaw County and across the state. The agenda did not include time-sensitive items.
Since the beginning of 2022, the VEBA Board returned to in-person meetings in compliance with state law. This would have been the first meeting following a new meeting schedule which would have resulted in an extended period of potential exposures for all in attendance.
The Board will continue to assess the situation and will plan to resume its regular meeting scheduled on May 5th, 2022. At that time, the Board will read and act on the items that would have been considered at the cancelled meeting.
