Out of an abundance of caution and in consultation with the Emergency Operations Center, I have made the decision to close all non-essential operations on Thursday, February 23, 2023. Our emergency fan-out procedure will be activated immediately to ensure that all County leadership and staff are informed.
We will resume regular operations at the start of business on Friday, February 24, 2023.

After careful consideration in consultation with the Emergency Operations Center (EOC), I have made the decision to move forward with a mid-day closure. All non-emergency, County operations will be closed beginning today at noon.
We plan to return to normal operations tomorrow morning, including opening at our regular time. We will continue to monitor conditions throughout the evening and activate the fan-out procedure if additional disruption to operations is necessary for tomorrow. I encourage you to take precautions to ensure your safety and that of your loved ones, particularly while traveling. Please call 9-1-1 if you have an emergency requiring immediate assistance. Share information about Warming Centers with clients and residents as necessary.
