A Wind Chill Warning is in effect from 6:00 pm Tuesday, January 29, 2019 until 11:00 am Thursday January 31, 2019 meaning very cold air and high winds will result in dangerously low temperatures.

Parts of Southeastern Michigan may experience temperatures as low as 45 degrees below zero during this time; Frostbite can occur in these temperatures in less than 8 minutes of exposure to the elements.

As a precaution, CMH along with many Washtenaw County services are closed during regular business hours on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 and Thursday, January 31, 2019.

At this time regular hours are expected to resume on Friday, February 1, but visitors and others with interest are strongly encouraged to call ahead (734-544-3000) on Friday to ensure sites are open; or check back here and on our Facebook page for any related updates.

The 24/7 number is also still available: 734-544-3050.
