PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing shall be held before the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners on November 6, 2019 at 6:45 p.m. in the Board of Commissioner’s Meeting Room, County Administration Building, 220 North Main Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan, to receive comment on whether the County Board of Commissioners should transfer the powers, duties and functions of the Washtenaw County Road Commission to the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners (MCLA 224.6(7); MCLA 46.11(s)).
