ANN ARBOR, MI – The Parker Mill County Park pathway to Gallup Park will be closing on June 8, 2020 to resume reconstruction and repairs. The parking lot will be closed Monday, June 8, and may experience intermittent closures throughout the month. This will improve the surface for bikes, pedestrians and wheelchairs. Pathway repair and construction began in October of 2019, but was halted in November due to poor weather conditions. The pathway will remain closed through the end of June.
A pathway detour route will be available along Dixboro Road with directional signage. The reopening date will be shared on the Washtenaw County Parks & Recreation Commission social media pages when construction has been completed.
