    This form fulfills the reporting requirement for current and ongoing Waste Reduction Sponsorships. Reporting should be done as applicable on a quarterly basis. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact Isabella Garramone at [email protected] or 734-222-3827.

    Download, complete, and upload the spreadsheet below if your contract states reimbursement and/or matching funds in the form of volunteer hours. If your organization already has a means of tracking and reporting volunteer hours, feel free to upload that instead of the provided spreadsheet for the hours volunteered for this project.
